So here it is, high in demand, the lobe fitness schedule. This 4 day split isn't for the weak, it's for the honest hardworking man. Progressive overload is key in this way of training, track your results and up the weight/sets/reps every training.
Day one, of all the training days, push day is the most alpha. People are not gonna ask you how much you can leg curl, they gonna ask you how much you can bench. All jokes aside, this is a well perfectioned push day schedule. Try to do 3/4 sets with a rep range between 8 and 12.
Day two, the pull day, aka, backday. This training creates a meatshield of a back and arms like Ronnie Coleman. You will have to buy new shirts and don't be suprised if people start calling you a ninja turtle. LIGHT WEIGHT!
Day three, legday, probably the most important and hard day of the week. If you want a muscle mommy in the bedroom that can pop your head between her thighs like a watermelon, you better show up for legday, she doesn't want some guy with chickenlegs for a lower body, she wants those big juicy quads and a dumptruck of an ass.
You made it, day four, the best day of the week. This full body day is made for your ego, lift heavy as fuck weights with an high intensity and for low reps. This workout will leave you with a insane pump, like an erection for your whole body.
We start with push because it's widely regarded as the best day. It's not Monday, it's chest-day, it's push-day, it's a good day. This is the day we secure a pump for the whole week. Make sure to keep track of how much you can bench so you can up it by 5 or more each 2-3 weeks. Progressive overload is the name of the game here. Make sure you got those pillows for her to lay down on and those shoulders that have a bigger head on them than your ex.
